Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using zzvdress.com (the “Site”) operated by ZZV (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful activity, to violate another person’s rights, or in any way that could harm ZZV, its fulfillment networks, customers, or third parties.

2. Products, Pricing & Currency

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service/orders at our discretion.

Currency & Pricing: All final transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If you are browsing from Canada or internationally, any local currency displays are for reference only, and your financial institution may charge conversion fees.

While we make every effort to display product colors and fabric textures (including our custom Crepe and Metallic Foil series) accurately, monitor settings vary and we cannot guarantee that your screen will reflect the exact color of the garment upon delivery.

3. Orders & Payment Security

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including fraud suspicion or inventory discrepancies.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Available methods are displayed at checkout and may include major credit or debit cards and PayPal. Transactions are processed through third-party payment providers, including Airwallex and PayPal where available. Additional providers may be added or removed as checkout options change. ZZV does not store full card numbers on its servers. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a system error, we may cancel the order and return the payment to the original method.

4. Shipping & International Customs

United States: Standard shipping is free on orders over $49. Orders are processed through our warehouse and logistics partner network, and the usual estimated transit time after processing is 3–5 business days.

Canada: Standard shipping is currently $14.99. The estimate shown at checkout applies to the order.

We currently accept shipping addresses in the United States and Canada only. Canadian recipients are responsible for any taxes, duties, import charges, or brokerage fees not already collected at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by fulfillment, customs, weather, or carrier delays.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Restocking Protection

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Classic Collection items may qualify for one return or exchange requested within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Showstopper Collection items are eligible for one size exchange only, except where non-waivable consumer rights apply. Customer-paid return shipping and a $4.99 inspection and repackaging fee apply to approved returns and exchanges. All original tags must remain attached, and items must pass inspection.

Payment & Billing

All prices on zzvdress.com are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment method is charged when you place your order. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels — we never store your full card details on our servers.

If a charge appears incorrect on your statement, contact [email protected] within 30 days and we will investigate promptly. Refunds, where applicable under our Refund & Returns Policy, are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

The Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ZZV does not warrant that the Site will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious digital components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZZV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the exact purchase price paid for the specific item in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes or claims shall be resolved within a court of competent jurisdiction located in Hong Kong.
