Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email. US standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. Canadian delivery estimates are shown at checkout; both markets are supported through our warehouse and logistics partner network.

We accommodate one exchange per order within 7 days of delivery. Outbound shipping for the replacement dress is complimentary.
