- The slit is high. It sits at mid-thigh. Lovely for height — but if you're 5'3" or under, expect it to feel a touch higher. The wrap layer provides coverage when standing.
- Exchange only — one size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Dress must be unworn with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear (perfume, stains, removed tags) will be declined. A $4.99 inspection and repacking fee applies to an approved exchange. Use our size chart above, or message us for a fit recommendation before ordering.
- Inspected before it ships. Every order goes through a quality check to verify the correct color, size, and condition before entering our fulfillment network.
- Colors vary by lighting — by design. Shimmer reads differently in daylight vs. evening. That's the magic of metallic foil, not a defect.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the glitter shed or transfer onto skin and furniture?
No. Unlike loose glitter, our shimmer is heat-pressed metallic foil fused directly into the fabric weave at high temperature. This dramatically reduces shedding compared to loose glitter fabrics — you won't leave a sparkle trail on chairs or car seats. Minimal fiber release during first wear is normal and settles quickly.
How should I wash this dress?
Hand wash cold or use a mesh laundry bag on a gentle/delicate cycle. Hang dry only — do not tumble dry or iron directly on the shimmer surface. Steam from 6 inches away to remove wrinkles.
I'm between two sizes. What should I order?
This dress runs slim due to the wrap silhouette. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. You can also message us with your bust, waist, and height measurements — we'll personally recommend the best fit.
Is the slit too high? I'm petite / concerned about coverage.
The front slit sits at mid-thigh on an average-height model (5'7"). If you're 5'3" or under, it may sit slightly higher. The wrap front layer provides natural coverage when standing and walking. Many of our petite customers love the elongating effect.
What occasions is this dress suitable for?

Showstopper (shimmer) styles are eligible for a one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Discretionary refunds are not available for this collection. Absolutely beautiful ! This gown is a lovely deep purple color, with a sparkly effect that isn’t overwhelming. It’s a soft, flowing , fabric that appears to be difficult to wrinkle. I really like it, and I’m adding a sparkling belt for a wedding. It was very reasonably priced and that’s a great bonus! I’m very pleased with it!
I’ve worn this dress for two weddings and loved it so much I bought another in a different color. Received lots of compliments. You’ll need to iron it (carefully since there are pleats) or steam it but after that, it’s perfect.
Great dress, not see through. I’m 5’6″, 148. From photos, I saw that it fit buxom beauties well, so I was a little concerned my less endowed physique up top would not fit right. It fits quite well with the right amount of elasticity. Happy with the purchase.
