Processing & Delivery Times

We fulfill all orders directly from our domestic US fulfillment centers to ensure your dress arrives well before your special occasion. We offer both complimentary standard delivery and upgraded expedited options for last-minute event needs.

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM EST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or federal US holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Peak Season Notice: During high-volume periods—including Prom Season (March–May) and Wedding Season (April–June)—processing times may extend by an additional 1–2 business days. We highly recommend ordering at least 2 weeks ahead of your event to ensure a stress-free arrival.

Shipping Carriers & Infrastructure

To guarantee the most reliable transit routes, our inventory is strategically positioned across US hubs. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your specific location and the shipping speed selected. Carrier selection is automated based on the fastest, safest route to your doorstep.

Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your active tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking scans on their portal after receiving the email.

Geographic Restrictions

  • We proudly ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that Expedited and Priority shipping are not available for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories—deliveries to these areas may require an additional 2–3 business days beyond standard estimates.
  • Current Limitations: At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or international destinations.

Address Accuracy & Modifications

Please thoroughly review your shipping and apartment/suite address before finalizing your purchase. ZZV is not responsible for packages misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately at [email protected]. While we will do our absolute best to intercept and manually update your package before it leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee any modifications once the automated fulfillment process has begun.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please perform the following steps before reaching out:

  1. Check around your property, porch, and with neighbors or building management/leasing offices.
  2. Wait 24 hours—carriers occasionally scan packages as “Delivered” prematurely when entering a delivery route.

If your package remains missing after 24 hours, contact our support team at [email protected]. For packages verified as lost in transit by the carrier, we will immediately initiate a claim and arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund.
